The story is so boring that you can sleep soundly through it…!(^^)!
There’s also a classical concert event where falling asleep is totally okay!!
They follow a traditional narrative structure with soothing music, and there are even hammock seats!! It looks so relaxing! (^^)!! (^^)!
And then there’s “sleep tourism.”
Reservations for a new style of sleep capsule hotel—designed specifically for quality sleep—are apparently very popular too~~~ (^^♪
When people feel comfortable, they can fall asleep easily and wake up feeling refreshed.
The recommended amount of sleep for adults is about 6 to 8 hours.
What’s especially important is “high-quality sleep”
